Core Beliefs
The following are the core beliefs of Cypress Grove Fellowship based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.
God
There is one God who created all things. He has revealed Himself to us as our Father, His son Jesus, and His Holy Spirit.
The Bible
The Bible is God’s word to all people. It is the product of people who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. It is accurate, authoritative, and applicable to our every day lives.
Salvation
Sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives. Salvation comes by grace through faith based on the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.
Water Baptism
Our faith is expressed by baptism in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Holy Spirit
We are filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues.
The Church
The church exists to fulfill the Great Commission given by Jesus.
